Sometimes I get a letter, card or an email from a happy customer. Or I get a really positive comment from someone.

One customer who was Danish, for whom I had made a bespoke kitchen, contacted me years later and asked if I could do a kitchen for her summer house in Denmark. I was busy for the foreseeable future and did not have a workshop, so declined.  When she tried to convince me, I said "Why don't you just  get someone like me, in Denmark?".  She replied "There is no one like you".
